At the WBDC, Pam provides executive administrative support to the President & CEO in performing duties of an advanced, complex, sensitive, and confidential nature, and handles materials relating to development projects, the WBDC Board of Directors, Executive Committee and Nominating Committee.
Pam is responsible for all aspects of the WBDC Annual Meeting. This yearly event is attended by State and Local government officials as well as area business and financial leaders.
As Portfolio Manager of the SBA 504 Program, Pam works with potential small business owners, the federal and local government 504 program departments and local lending institutions to provide financing to companies that cannot structure a conventional loan. Pam is responsible for borrower servicing of the 504 loan portfolio as required by the SBA.
Before joining the WBDC in 2007, Pam was employed at Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI) as their Associate Director of Alumni Relations. There, she was responsible for the implementation, management and evaluation of alumni programs and activities including Reunion, Homecoming, Presidential Founders Dinner, Tech Old Timers, Centennial Walkway, regional clubs and regional events and served as Chief Staff Officer to the Alumni Association.
Pam returned to college after raising her family and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Easter Nazarene College in Quincy, Massachusetts in 2002. She also received a Management Certificate from the College of Worcester Consortium, in Worcester, Massachusetts in 2006.
